I first met Rick at a time when I had no plans on selling my home, but I knew from the moment that I met Rick that there was something about him that I liked immediately and thar he could be someone to trust. He knew the neighborhood (he lived close by), was very personable, and very responsive. Due to unforeseen life circumstances, I had to unexpectedly sell my home that needed not just cosmetic work but considerable repair. Rick was honest about what was selling in the area and what I needed to repair/upgrade. Along with Rick came his recommended "Does It ALL" handyman, Mario, whose hard work and talent turned my home from a sad 35+ old looking interior into a bright, modern gem. I cannot recommend Mario enough. Mario is still my immediate go-to professional that does everything from installing flooring, to beautiful woodwork and repairs. Rick also was my agent for my new home, and I have to say that after the smooth process of my new home purchase, I can attest that he is a man of integrity, business and marketing savvy, and a very smart realtor. It is hard to find a realtor you can trust, that always answers your calls and is honest. Rick has all of those qualities.

Rick was truly exceptional. We met him at an open house that was focused on a newer neighborhood for us. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him and we are so thankful we did. Rick is simply the best. I started my home search in early of 2022, during the housing market insanity. Prior to Rick, I went with a realtor that a family member had recommended, as I was previously recommended an excellent mortgage broker. Despite my prior success, my experience with my recommended realtor was anything but - missed deadines and timelines, incorrect information regarding my money deposit, and more. I was not happy with the experience. My second realtor experience, I went with someone recommended by another family member (I should have learned my lesson the first time...). They were much more professional, but lazy. I graduated from school with a perfect 4.0, so I understand work ethic and being motivated. I didn't like the fact that I was the one looking up houses on zillow and redfin, and asking to go look at properties. I felt like I was the realtor! I kept asking myself, "What are these people even doing?" I have a full-time job and stuff to actually do. I shouldn't be working harder than my realtor to find me houses and to send ideas - that is their job. They are the realtor! Rick actually cold called me a week or two prior to me giving him a chance. He called to see if I was in need of a realtor. I thanked him for the call, and said I would reach out if my circumstances ever changed. Well, I was frustrated with my prior experiences for sure. I figured, "This guy called me. He seems like he wants to work." I was pretty blunt with him about my expectations, and I told him straight up that I would fire him if I felt that he was lazy - I already got rid of my last two realtors. He agreed, and we set off looking for houses. Rick was great from the get-go. He texted me properties, called me, and more. He is constantly texting and calling - I was in constant communication with him. Often times he would just call me to check on me and make sure everything was good. I never had any issues with deadlines, timelines, or worried about the accuracy of the information he gave me (ex. money deposit, etc.) He spent a lot of time looking at houses with my family and I. One day, we were out looking pretty much the entire day from morning to evening. I actually felt kind of bad because I knew it was a very long day - but he was a trooper. He didn't complain or try to leave - he stayed with us the whole time. The other thing about Rick that I really liked is he was a go-getter. When I arrived at each house to look at, he was already inside talking to the seller's agent trying to get as much information on the property as possible. When we finished looking at the house, he would often go back inside to follow-up with the seller's agent to get a few more details and make some connections. My other two realtors never did this ONCE. It really stood out to me and I definitely noticed. I closed on my house at the end of May, and I am happy with the experience. Rick is a great guy, and I am really happy I took the leap of faith and going with him. Third time is the charm! For what it's worth, my loan person wasn't a fan of my first two realtors, but also loved Rick too. If I ever buy or sell again - I would go with Rick no question. Excellent Realtor! Rick went beyond than expected as he provided virtual tours via FaceTime and even offered to capture video of properties after the virtual tour of the ones that I expressed high interest, it was nice to have a gallery of the properties I was very interested in as a compare and contrast.
